Registration for Season 2018/19

 

Season will commence Friday 14th September

 

Registrations open on Wednesday 1st August. 

You can register online here.

All registrations for season 2018/19 are ONLINE ONLY.

No laptops will be available at the ground for registration.

Please register online prior to the Athlete Pack Collection Day, 

Please register with an email address that you check. This will be our means of communication with you throughout the season.

 

Registrations  are set up as family registrations to include the Parent Duty Bond (see information below).

If you log in to register and can not see the details of all the children you are registering, this means that you are not logged in as the primary member for your family. If you are unsure of which of your children is the primary member, please email secretary.clac@gmail.com

 

This year we are going to hold 1 Athlete Pack Collection day.

 

Athlete Pack Collection Day

Saturday, 1st September 2018

10 am – 2 pm

Campbell Field

 

Once again uniforms will be available for purchase online during the registration process. You will be able to pick up your uniform pre-packed with your registration pack on collection day.

This year we will again be offering a service to sew your registration patches (3) to your club singlet for a cost of $10.00 per athlete.

Leave your singlet and registration patches on Athlete Collection Day and pick up the following week (Date to be confirmed)

 

 

Parent Duty Bond:

This season we will again have online check-in for Parent Duties. There will not be sign on sheets, you will be checked in by a committee member or age manager.

Please ensure you check in each night that you complete a duty, in order for it to be recorded. Please sign up to the roster before the night where possible. This makes the administration and waiting times a lot quicker!

When signing up to the parent roster please enter your child/ren’s FULL NAMES, FIRST and LAST NAME, as well as your FULL NAME, FIRST AND LAST NAME. Please register with the same email address you used to register with LANSW. This makes matching your duties to your registration, for refund of duty bonds, much easier.

 

Family Registration Fees:

Registration Fees cover the following costs:

  • LANSW Fee ($68 per child, increase from $58 last year)
  • Ground Hire/Lighting costs/Canteen hire ($5000, increase from $500 last season)
  • Trophies & Certificates
  • Handbook
  • LANSW Carnival entry fees (excluding Zone)
  • Equipment costs
  • Training/Coaching costs (also subsidised by canteen profits)

These fees include the Parent Duty Bond of $75 per family, which will be refunded at the end of the season, if at least 8 duties have been completed. 

Please note: There is a maximum of 4 duties as an Age Group helper, with the remaining duties to be fulfilled in other roles, plus duties at Zone, Region and State where applicable.

 

Early Bird Registration is now finished.

 

Register + pay online before midnight Tuesday 28th August:

Please note after midnight fees will increase.

(All payments are to be made online. We will not be accepting payments at the ground)

 

Family Registration for 1 child :                        $195    ($120 + $75 refundable Duty Bond)

Family Registration for 2 children :                 $315    ($240 + $75 refundable Duty Bond)

Family Registration for 3 children :                 $435    ($360 + $75 refundable Duty Bond)

Family Registration for 4 children :                 $555    ($480 + $75 refundable Duty Bond)

Family Registration for 5 children :                 $675    ($600 + $75 refundable Duty Bond)

 

Register + pay online from Wednesday 29th August:

 

Family Registration for 1 child :                        $215

Family Registration for 2 children :                 $355

Family Registration for 3 children :                 $495

Family Registration for 4 children :                 $635

Family Registration for 5 children :                 $775

 

The $75 bond is included in the family registration fee.

This bond is payable at registration and families are eligible for a full refund after completing all duties for the season. Refunds are paid by the end of May, once you have supplied the CLAC treasurer with your bank details. No refunds will be processed after June 30, 2019. Failure to complete all duties will result in the Centre retaining the Parent Duty Bond.

 

Next Steps once you have registered:

1.     You must SIGN UP for at least 8 Parent Duties (per family) via the ‘Parent Duties Sign Up’ located here.

If you sign up for a duty and then can not make the specified time, it is your responsibility to swap via the swap feature on the website or to contact the club secretary prior to Friday night competition.

2.  COLLECT your Athlete Pack and uniforms at Collection Day on Saturday, 1st September 2018 at Campbell Field, between 10am and 2pm.

 

To COMPLETE your registration all families must attend the Collection Day prior to the start of competition.

ENSURE you have:

Ø  Printed receipt of registration and payment

Ø  Proof of age for NEW REGISTRATIONS

 

Registrations WILL NOT  be completed without the sighting of all of the above.

 

Collection of Athlete Packs

To collect your pack Saturday, 1st September 2018 you must register by Tuesday 28th August 2018.

 If registering after midnight Tuesday 28th August, you will incur the increased fee and will be unable to collect your Athlete Pack on the collection day listed above.

If you are unable to make it to the collection day, you can nominate another person to collect the pack on your behalf. Please email secretary.clac@gmail.com if you wish to arrange this.

 No Athlete Packs will be available for collection on Friday nights.
