Committee Roles:
Canterbury Athletics Club is run by a volunteer committee who are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Without our Committee members, our kids won’t have a local club to participate with and for this, we say thanks to you all for your time, enthusiasm and efforts to deliver a positive experience for our families.
All interested members are invited and welcome to nominate for a role on the Committee or as an Age Manager (who are automatically part of the Committee). Nominations close Saturday, 20 May 2023 – the day prior to the AGM.
We would love to see some new faces come on board as General Committee members (not allocated to specific areas). This is a great way to get involved in the Committee for the first time, ‘dip your toe’ and familiarise yourself with our activities and jump in and help where you can.
If you’d like to have a chat about any of the positions, or to talk through how you may be able to contribute to the club in another way, please don’t hesitate to contact Amy Winters (CAC President) at president@clac.org.au or Melissa Veitch (CAC Secretary) secretary@clac.org.au
We look forward to seeing you there.
