Entry and Start Lists: The Zone athlete entry list and event start lists can be found as part of the final program. It’s also listed as a document in Team App.

Program: The zone program can be found here. Please review this prior to attending the event as there is a lot of useful information included which will answer most questions.

Call Room: Track Events – athletes are to report to the Call Room 15 minutes before the start of their event. Field Events: There is NO CALL ROOM. Athletes are to go directly to the event area 10 minutes before the start of the event.

Parent Helpers: A list of our parent helpers and your duties can be found here. For safety reasons, all parents helpers must wear closed in shoes – no thongs or sandals. A QR code will be at our Canterbury tent to check in for your duty.

Uniforms: Please ensure you are wearing the correct, full Canterbury uniform. Patches must be as per this image: Uniform Placement All Canterbury competitors will receive a Team Canterbury shirt. If you haven’t collected yours yet, please see Mandy Verdon at the Canterbury tent at the carnival.

Protests: In the unlikely event of a protest, this attachment will give you an overview of the Protest Procedure. Only Team Managers can lodge a protest on behalf of the athlete. The $50 protest fee is payable by the athlete/family.

Team Managers: The Canterbury Team Managers for the Zone Champs are Steve Laws (first point of contact) on championship.officer@clac.org.au or Amy Winters on president@clac.org.au.

There will no regular competition this Friday, 28 January at Campbell Athletic Field due to the Zone Carnival.

We can’t wait to see you @ The Crest, and to cheer the athletes on to do their best… and to have fun!
