The LANSW State Championships were a little different this year due to Covid-19, with 2 competitions held over 2 weekends in March. We need to make special mention of our younger state qualifiers in the U9-U12 age groups who competed in torrential rain at Sydney Olympic Park on the 20th and 21st of March. Despite the awful conditions they managed to come away with 7 medals and 15 top 10 finishes. Congratulations also go to our older athletes in the U13-U17 age groups who competed the following weekend, fortunately in much better conditions!
