It’s been brought to our attention that there was an error in our first AGM Notification and Call for Nominations.
The AGM Notification and Call for Nominations was circulated on 30 March declaring the Vice President, Registrar and Treasurer executive roles open for nomination. In error, we missed declaring the Secretary position open.
To avoid rescheduling the AGM (and Committee Planning Day), LANSW have agreed that as there is still sufficient time prior to the AGM, the most practical way forward is to provide this amended notification to declare the role of Secretary open for nomination.
The following terms apply to the Executive Positions that are open for nomination:
- Vice President – 2 Year Term
- Registrar – 2 Year Term
- Secretary – 2 Year Term
- Treasurer – 1 Year Term
We welcome your nomination for either an Executive Committee, General Committee or Age Manager position by completing the nomination form found on the respective link. Committee Position Descriptions are also available.
As a reminder, the AGM will take place at 1.30pm on Sunday, 16 May 2021 at:
- Wests Ashfield Leagues Club
- 115 Liverpool Road
- Ashfield
