Here’s some information for everyone attending tomorrow night’s CLAC/IWLAC Track Meet at The Crest, Bankstown.
– All attendees are required to check in by QR code upon arrival.
– We will need the help of parents throughout the night. This could be on the track moving/setting up hurdles or turning a sausage on the BBQ. Please listen out for any calls for assistance, we appreciate your help!
– The first events will commence at 6.00pm. Please click here for the Order of Events.
– The track will be split into two from the start. Therefore, first track events are BOTH the 60m Hurdles and the 800m.
– We may split the track again for the 1500m and 200m hurdles.
– There will be two Javelin sessions and three High Jump sessions.
– Where numbers are low in events, we have either merged boys/girls or age groups.
– Any clashes that occur will be managed.
– Results will be available via Results HQ and sent back to your clubs. We will also aim to give you access to the results at the track.
– Canterbury LAC will have the Canteen & BBQ running for drinks and food.
– The meet will be going ahead even if it is raining. Bring your raincoats!
The aim of the meet is to help the kids get the best results they can for their qualifiers. We thank you in advance for your support and help tomorrow night and look forward to some great performances!
