Only one family member to collect the trophies. For families with multiple children, you can collect all trophies at the one time (select any age group that applies to your family). You can also collect for friends.
1.00 – 1.15 Tiny Tots
1.15 – 1.30 Under 6
1.30 – 1.45 Under 7
1.45 – 2.00 Under 8
2.00 – 2.15 Under 9
2.15 – 2.30 Under 10
2.30 – 2.45 Under 11
2.45 – 3.00 Under 12
3.00 – 3.15 Under 13
3.15 – 3.30 Under 14
3.30 – 3.45 Under 15
3.45 – 4.00 Under 17
4.00 – 4.20 Those who couldn’t make their time slot
Please collect your trophies and leave the track as quickly as possible. Entry and exit will be through the main gate on Princess Street, a one way entry/exit system will be in place. You’ll be asked to apply hand sanitiser, then line up and wait your turn. Only one person per table at a time.

QR Code Testing
We will be testing the QR code system that will be in place for the new season. Please register on arrival with your details.
Old Uniform Drop Off
We will be collecting your old uniforms (with rego & number patches removed) for our second hand uniform store. You can drop them off in the basket at the track.
2020/21 Registration Packs
Please note that registration packs for the new season will not be available for collection, as the delivery of age patch & registration numbers from LANSW has been delayed. Registration packs will be posted in due course.
