Our Age Managers are ready…. are you?
There was high energy, lots of laughs and learning at our Age Manager training on Sunday.
Most of our Age Managers and a number of our Committee participated in LANSW’s Introduction to Coaching Course. The motivation for this was to increase our technical knowledge and therefore the technical feedback and correction for our athletes across the events.
Huge thanks to Canterbury Bankstown Council for funding the course and to Darren Wensor from LANSW for his amazing delivery!
