Login to Results HQ for your child’s results and to check their progress.
- The username to login to results HQ is the email address you supplied to Athletics NSW when you registered.
- The first time you go to results HQ select “Forgot your username or password?” to get a password.
Weekly Results Viewing
Parents/ Athletes can view their results and results tickets within the ResultsHQ reporting portal once they are logged in. Simply click on the Member’s name, date or event tile to get more details.
Event View
Clicking on an event tile takes you to the Event View showing results history with charting to see how you/ your child has improved over time.
Troubleshooting access:
Not verifying email address
When setting up an email address, Timing Solutions sends a verification email. If this step hasn’t been completed, the account is not recognized in ResultsHQ, preventing users from logging in or resetting their password.
If you haven’t verified your account yet, please check your spam or trash folders for the verification email. If you’re unable to find it then try logging in to ResultsHQ with your email and any random password and it will resend the verification link again to your email. If you’re still unable to find it, please contact support@timingsolutions.com.au for assistance.
Work email address used
Company firewalls sometimes block emails from Timing Solutions. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Duplicate profiles
This occurs when users register (with a third-party registration provider) with one email address but use a different one for ResultsHQ, or if your email has changed from previous seasons. In this case, you will need to request to have your accounts merged. If this applies to you, please contact Timing Solutions at support@timingsolutions.com.au with both email addresses, along with the one you’d like as the primary. Also include the full names and DOBs of your athletes. Due to high volumes, processing this may take up to 3 business days.
